Service Description

Grief is the natural reaction to death or loss. When we are without someone or something that is very important, you will feel grief. Some examples of loss include the ending of an important relationship, job loss, or loss through theft. The death of a loved one is very hard to experience. It can worsen health problems you have or create new ones. The heartbreak of grief can increase blood pressure. Some natural feelings of grief are guilt, denial, anger, and sadness. I can assist you through the grieving process.
